Terms & ConditionsReservations A rooming list for delegates, together with a programme outlining the required times of meals and tea/coffee breaks, must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival; requirements for equipment should be advised at this time, as per the reservation form. Restaurant Gentlemen are respectfully requested to wear a jacket and tie for dinner in the Main Restaurant. Parties of 8 or less can dine from the a la Carte menu. For parties of 9 or above a set menu is required. Miscellaneous Delegates are respectfully requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00am on day of departure. If they are in conference, luggage should be packed during the morning of departure and it will be stored until the guests are ready to depart from the hotel. If an early arrival at the hotel is anticipated, accommodation may not be ready until approximately 2:00pm but again, we are happy to store luggage and delegates are welcome to use the hotel facilities. Informal clothing may be worn during the day, however for dinner, gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket and tie if dining in the Main Restaurant. Delegates are requested not to use mobile phones in public areas including the Drawing Room, Library, Front Hall, Main Dining Room. Payment The client is fully responsible to the hotel for all costs incurred in accordance with the agreement. A pro-forma invoice for 50% of the estimated expenditure will be sent and is payable within 14 days to confirm the booking. After the event, the outstanding balance must be settled within 14 days of the client's departure date. Cancellations Any confirmed booking will be subject to a cancellation charge if the reservation is cancelled within sixteen weeks of the arrival date, unless the accommodation is re-let. Further information regarding cancellation and reduction in numbers is detailed on our contract that is sent on confirmation of the booking. A copy is available on request. Cancellation Insurance Policy Lucknam Park recommends that an insurance against cancellation is taken out. This can be arranged through our Insurance broker, ensuring reimbursement of the cancellation charge referred to above, in the event of cancellation as a result of most causes, with the main exclusions of financial reasons or lack of support. The hotel management reserves the right to alter the tariff without prior notice if there is a national increase in basic costs.
