The School offers a unique opportunity for anyone who enjoys cooking to perfect their skills and master new techniques through a variety of innovative courses led by Cookery School Head Chef, Ben Taylor.

Handmade Chocolates

Thursday 19th January

Come and spend the day making Handmade Chocolates with our Head Pastry Chef Matt Peters and see what delicious treats you can make. Discover the differences for yourself and transform regular, everyday chocolate into divine handmade truffles and tempered chocolate shells.

The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of chef’s jacket and apron.

This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.

Desserts and Sweet Things

We all love a little treat every now and then. Why not have a day of indulgence at Lucknam Park and learn how to create a range of fantastic sweets and desserts to impress your friends with?

Home Smoking

This is a brand new course for 2017 which we have created as home smoking has become increasingly popular. It’s a fantastic way to bring friends together and your food to life with truly unforgettable flavours.

Spanish Style Cuisine

Saturday 11th February & Friday 10th March 2017

Anyone who has visited Spain will no doubt have enjoyed Tapas. Dish after dish of tasty little local specialities, all served as sharing plates to bring family and friends together. Spend the day creating some Spanish favourites such as Jamon croquettas, Patatas bravas, Bacalao ajo arriero as well as creating some new recipes of your own.
