Come and spend the day making Handmade Chocolates with our Head Pastry Chef Matt Peters and see what delicious treats you can make. Discover the differences for yourself and transform regular, everyday chocolate into divine handmade truffles and tempered chocolate shells.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of chef’s jacket and apron.
This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
