Macaroons – Half Day
Thursday 2nd March
In this course, you will learn the techniques, the tips and the right way of making simple but elegant macaroons. You will also prepare the fillings to be sandwiched in your macaroon, along with the finishing touches.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of chef’s jacket and apron.
Morning course: 9:30am arrival; course starts at 10.00am, finishing at approximately 2:00pm. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
