On this course, our Executive Head Chef Hywel Jones will demonstrate some of his signature dishes and with his guidance sharpen your culinary skills, you will then get to create some dishes of your own.
Some course examples are-
- Grilled Cornish red mullet, black olive and tomato couscous, crispy baby squid
- Fillet of Cornish Sea Bass, autumn squash and cumin puree, buttered iceberg, Bromham purple sprouting broccoli, sauce vierge
- Andrew Morgan’s Brecon lamb, crushed peas, spring onions, asparagus, parmesan gnocchi, tomato dressing
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
