On this course, our Executive Head Chef Hywel Jones will demonstrate some of his signature dishes and with his guidance you can sharpen your culinary skills and create some dishes of your own.
Course examples are:
- Grilled Cornish red mullet, black olive and tomato couscous, crispy baby squid
- Fillet of Cornish Sea Bass, autumn squash and cumin puree, buttered iceberg, Bromham purple sprouting broccoli, sauce vierge
- Andrew Morgan’s Brecon lamb, crushed peas, spring onions, asparagus, parmesan gnocchi, tomato dressing
