Home baking has definitely soared in popularity since the popular ‘Great British bake off’ hit our screens. Ben Taylor our highly experienced head chef will guide you through a selection of both sweet and savoury dishes before sitting down for a late lunch and a relaxing glass of wine. Learn how to make the perfect choux paste and impress your family and friends.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
This course is available on 3rd November 2016 and Friday 3rd March 2017.
Arrival at 8:30am; course begins at 9:00am and finishes at approximately 4:30pm.
