Professional kitchens utilise every scrap of food in order to avoid costly waste. Butchery can seem a daunting and challenging task – but on this course you will learn the basics using chicken, lamb and other seasonal meats. The course also includes creating a variety of ‘meaty’ dishes, in order to make the most of your new found butchery skills.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron.
This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
This course is available on Tuesday 6th December 2016 and Thursday 16th March 2017.
Arrival at 9:30am; course runs from 10.00am until around 2:00pm.
