Butchery Knife Skills – Half Day

Professional kitchens utilise every scrap of food avoiding costly waste. Butchery skills can seem daunting but on this course you will learn the basics with hands on practical’s using chicken , lamb and other Seasonal meats. This course also covers various dishes that show you how to make the most of your new found butchery skills.

Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.

The next course is available on Tuesday 6th December 2016.

9:30am arrival; course starts at 10 am.  Course finishes around 2:00pm.
