Professional kitchens utilise every scrap of food avoiding costly waste. Butchery skills can seem daunting but on this course you will learn the basics with hands on practical’s using chicken , lamb and other Seasonal meats. This course also covers various dishes that show you how to make the most of your new found butchery skills.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
