Join us in the relaxed surroundings of our Cookery School for a Chef’s table experience with our Head Chef, Ben Taylor. Ben will work at one of the Cookery School islands to prepare a fabulous five course menu, talking you through each dish and the techniques he uses. Ben will talk as he cooks, taking your questions and involving you in the process so you can enjoy a fun-filled evening with exceptional food.
The Chef’s Table evening includes:
• Champagne and Canapé reception
• Five course menu with wines matched to each course by our Sommelier
• Coffee and petits fours
Arrival at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start. Maximum of 12 guests.
This is a evening event which costs £150 per person.
The event will be available on Thursday 16th February, Friday 5th May and Saturday 17th June 2017.
