Its no longer the case that you need to visit a fine dining restaurant to enjoy top quality food these days. The emergence of the Gastropub has made top quality cooking available to a wider audience at a more affordable price. From Tom Kerridge’s Iconic ‘Hand and Flowers’ to local favourites such as the Fox at Broughton Gifford, these culinary hotspots are the new foundations of Britain’s new restaurant scene.
Learn some of the dishes and techniques that make these places so popular. Can you cook the perfect steak?, do you know how to make triple cooked chips?. All these tips are shared with you along with classics such as Hot Burford Brown scotch egg, Cornish cod with seafood chowder and Eton Mess with Lucknam Park’s very own garden fruit.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
