Ever had friends over for dinner and worried about what to cook for them or how to get it all ready on time? Well, we are here to help. On this course, we will give you fun and tasty ideas for a great dinner party with canapes, mains, desserts and petit fours. Plus, we will show you how to get organised in the kitchen so you can impress your guests, create amazing food and most importantly have a fabulous evening.
Course examples include:
- Black olive muffin, chive cream cheese
- Roast venison, mushroom risotto, purple sprouting broccoli
- Chocolate ganache, cherry sorbet, pistachio cake
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
