This course aims to teach you the regional cuisine of India, a spice journey which will transport you to different regions and their respective cuisines some remote and little known.
Some course examples are-
- Sindhi style Samosas, tamarind chutney, mint dip
- Lamb ke sule (smoked marinated lamb)
- Dal tadka
- Jhinga kebabs, tomato gravy, cumin rice
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Courses available on Friday 16th September, Saturday 5th November, Friday 9th December and Friday 30th December 2016.
8:30am arrival; course starts at 9 am. Course finishes around 4:30pm.
