Festival of spices

This course will teach you the regional cuisine of India – a spice journey which will transport you to different regions with powerful flavours.

Some course examples are-

  • Sindhi style Samosas, tamarind chutney, mint dip
  • Lamb ke sule (smoked marinated lamb)
  • Dal tadka
  • Jhinga kebabs, tomato gravy, cumin rice

Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

Courses available on Friday 9th December and Friday 30th December 2016, Wednesday 19th January.

Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
