The dinner table has always been a sacred place for French families; bringing together different generations through the enjoyment of food. From classics such as ‘Coq au Vin’ and ‘Moules Mariniere’ to regional specialities such as the famous ‘Tartiflette’. Finish the day enjoying an elegant tart tatin with lashings of calvados cream.
Home baking has definitely soared in popularity since the popular ‘Great British bake off’ hit our screens. Ben Taylor, our highly experienced Head Chef, will guide you through a selection of both sweet and savoury dishes before sitting down for a late lunch and a relaxing glass of wine. Learn how to make the perfect choux paste and impress your family and friends.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
