Ben Taylor our highly experienced head chef will guide you through a selection of both sweet and savoury dishes before sitting down for a late lunch and a relaxing glass of wine. Learn how to make the perfect choux paste and impress your family and friends.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

8:30am arrival; course starts at 9 am. Course finishes around 4:30pm.
