Being wheat intolerant should not limit the choice of foods available to you. On this course you will learn to create a variety of breads, cakes and bakes on a par with their wheat heavy counterparts.

This course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

This course is available on Tuesday 7th March 2017.

Arrival at 8:30am; course begins at 9:00am and finishes at approximately 4:30pm.
