Being wheat intolerant should not limit your choice of foods available to you. On this course you will learn to create a variety of breads, cakes and bakes on a par with their wheat heavy counterparts.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
