Lucknam Park’s Head Pastry Chef, Matt Peters, will guide you on a chocolatey adventure before you depart with your very own box of handmade chocolates.
Some course examples include:
-Raspberry and thyme truffles
-Honey glazed peanut lolly pops
-Salted caramel shells
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
