There’s so much more to chocolate than simply white, milk or dark. The origin of the cocoa bean dictates the characteristics of the chocolate it produces in much the same way as grapes and where they are grown define wine.
Discover the differences for yourself on this course before embarking on turning regular chocolate in to divine handmade truffles and tempered chocolate shells. Lucknam Park’s head pastry chef Matt will guide you on a chocolate adventure before you depart with your very own box of handmade chocolates.
Some course examples

Honey glazed peanut lolly pops
Salted caramel shells.
