The making of pasta is an art in which when mastered, brings a great deal of enjoyment. All the stages from the making to eating can be such a fun and rewarding process.
On this course, you will learn how to make delicious fresh egg pasta and will understand the process of drying pasta for storage and subsequent cooking.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
