There is so much to learn about pasta. The making of pasta is an art which when mastered, allows the pleasure of creating, cooking and enjoying pasta to be endless. You will learn how to make fresh egg pasta and understand the process of drying pasta for storage and subsequent cooking.
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
