The making of pasta is an art in which, when mastered, brings a great deal of enjoyment. All of the stages from the making to the eating can be such a fun and rewarding process.
On this course, you will learn how to make delicious fresh egg pasta and will understand the process of drying pasta for storage and subsequent cooking.
Dish examples for this course include:
- Butternut squash and goats cheese ravioli with arrabiatta sauce
- Linguine carbonara
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a half day course which costs £95 per person.
Course registration begins at 09:30am for a 10:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 2:00pm.
