In this course you will learn the techniques, the tips and the right way of making simple macaroons. You will also prepare simple fillings to be sandwiched in your macaroon.
Some course examples are-
- Pistachio macaroons, dark chocolate ganache
- Lemon macaroons with lemon curd
- Raspberry macaroons with raspberry buttercream
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
Courses available on Wednesday 30th November (morning) and Thursday 29th December 2016 (afternoon).
Morning course: 9:30am arrival; course starts at 10.00am, finishing at approximately 2:00pm.
Afternoon course: 1:30pm arrival; course starts at 2:00pm, finishing at approximately 5:00pm.
