In this course, you will learn the techniques, the tips and the right way of making simple but elegant macaroons. You will also prepare the fillings to be sandwiched in your macaroon, along with the finishing touches.
Some course examples are:
- Pistachio macaroons, dark chocolate ganache
- Lemon macaroons with lemon curd
- Raspberry macaroons with raspberry buttercream
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. This is a half day course which costs £75 per person.
Morning course: 9:30am arrival; course starts at 10.00am, finishing at approximately 2:00pm.
