Eating freshly prepared Japanese food is a great way of eating healthily as most of the dishes are low in fat and high in protein. Using authentic Japanese ingredients and recipes, we will show you how to prepare some authentic Japanese cuisine which will leave you feeling energised and refreshed.
Course examples include:
- Dashi broth with mouli, pak choi and prawns
- Chicken yakitori with cucumber and wakame salad
- Steamed kale with sesame dressing
The price of this course is £175 per person including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, a recipe folder, all ingredients, a cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron.
The course is from 9:00am until around 4:30pm – you will need to arrive at 8:30am for course registration.
