Learn to create easy seasonal Italian dishes and the art of pasta making in this course. This course will illustrate the rich diversity of Italian cuisine and the importance that pasta holds within its culinary landscape.
Some course examples are:
- Black olive and rosemary focaccia
- Monkfish in salmoriglio sauce
- Handmade tagliatelle
- Ragu alla Bolognese
- Crostata di fiche (fig tart)
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Course available on Saturday 3rd December 2016 and Wednesday 22nd March 2017.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:30pm.
