Simple Superfood Dishes

It’s really important to give your body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy; and healthy shouldn’t mean boring or tasteless! On this course, we will cook up some great tasting dishes that are exciting and simple to recreate at home. Learning new cooking techniques and discover ingredients that work for you.

Some course examples are:

  • Bombay chicken, brown rice, mint yoghurt dressing
  • Seasonal vegetable and basil pesto broth
  • Grilled seabream with olive, asparagus and chilli salsa and spinach creamed potatoes

The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.

This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.

Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
