Anyone who has visited Spain will no doubt have enjoyed Tapas. Dish after dish of tasty little local specialities all served as sharing plates bringing together Family and Friends. Spend the day creating some Spanish favourites such as Jamon croquettas, Patatas bravas, Bacalao ajo arriero as well as creating some new recipes of your own. Ben Taylor, our Head Tutor, will show you how to carve the Famous Jamon Iberico Cinco Jotas before you sit down to enjoy all your hard work with your new found friends.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
