Who doesn’t like a good steak and chips!. A simple meal that cooked to perfection will impress anyone. Learn about the different cuts of steak and what to look for when buying before learning how to tell if your steak is rare or well done! On this course we will also cover how to make the now famous triple cooked chips along with some tasty sauces and salads to accompany your perfectly cooked steak.
This evening course costs £50 per person and includes a steak dinner and a glass of wine.

Arrive at 7.00pm for the course to start at 7.30pm. The course finishes around 10.00pm.
