Cooking for your valentine

Give the gift of an experience this Valentine’s Day by joining us in the Cookery School to create unforgettable memories. Our Cookery School Head Chef, Ben Taylor, will talk you through a range of sensational meal ideas as well as whipping up a few tasty Valentine’s cocktails. Bring your loved one along and learn new skills together, or surprise them by developing your techniques to test out at home.

Under Ben’s expert guidance, you will create a spectacular three course Valentine’s meal – as well as sampling your cooking as you go! Course examples include:

  • Cornish oysters with fennel and lime slaw
  • Braised turbot with lemon and tarragon butter sauce and asparagus
  • White chocolate mousse, ginger crunch, rosewater jelly and strawberry sorbet

The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

Arrival at 8:30am; course begins at 9:00am and finishes at approximately 4:30pm.
