More and more people are turning towards vegetarian cooking but may be lacking in confidence or inspiration. This course will provide you with some easy yet effective techniques so you are prepared to make delicious vegetarian dishes to impress your friends with. Head Tutor Ben Taylor will guide you through a range of dishes which are easy to prepare, packed full of flavour and seasonal in nature.
Some course examples are:
- Autumn vegetable pistou with basil pesto
- Jerusalem artichoke and truffle linguini with lemon crème fraiche
- Pistachio macaroons with chocolate ganache
- Marlborough shiitake mushroom and spinach tart, home-made shortcrust pastry
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
