Enjoy a seasonal, dining experience at The Brasserie, a contemporary and stylish restaurant in the spa building. Perfect for light lunches, alfresco dining and informal dinners the dishes are effortlessly presented using ingredients in season.


It’s the perfect place to while away the hours whatever the weather, with a contemporary, light and airy interior. The extensive use of glass gives the impression of the garden and The Brasserie being as one.

Enjoy morning coffee and pastries, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Lighter snacks are available all day in the lounge.

Open daily from 7am to 10pm, The Brasserie offers fine yet informal cuisine throughout the day. Its location adjoining the fabulous Spa makes it the perfect place to stop off while enjoying a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Brasserie offers a full a la carte menu using seasonal produce, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible, and ingredients straight from our kitchen garden. Menu options may vary and please note the menus below are samples.

Please note that bath robes are not permitted in The Brasserie. Casual lounge attire or sportswear is suitable. Please note that a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your food and beverage bill.
