Enjoy a seasonal, dining experience at The Brasserie, a contemporary and stylish restaurant in the spa building. Perfect for light lunches, alfresco dining and informal dinners the dishes are effortlessly presented using ingredients in season.

 

It’s the perfect place to while away the hours whatever the weather, with a contemporary, light and airy interior. The extensive use of glass gives the impression of the garden and The Brasserie being as one.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the restaurant. Lighter snacks are available all day in the lounge.

Open daily from 7am to 10pm, The Brasserie offers fine yet informal cuisine throughout the day. Breakfast is served in the Brasserie from 7:30am till 10:30am. Its location adjoining the fabulous Spa makes it the perfect place to stop off while enjoying a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Offering a full a la carte menu and also a set lunch menu 2 courses £24 per person and 3 courses £27 per person. Menu options may vary and please note the menus below are samples.
