Seasonal, contemporary dining

Enjoy a seasonal, dining experience at The Brasserie, a contemporary and stylish restaurant in the spa building. Perfect for light lunches, alfresco dining and informal dinners the dishes are effortlessly presented using ingredients in season.

It’s the perfect place to while away the hours whatever the weather, with a contemporary, light and airy interior. The extensive use of glass gives the impression of the garden and The Brasserie being as one, with views of the pretty dovecote and flowerbeds.

Head Chef, Thomas Westerland, uses seasonal produce, sourced from local suppliers wherever possible, and ingredients straight from our kitchen garden.
