Henri Chenot Detox Cookery Course with L’Albereta at Lucknam Park, Bath

This July, the Cookery School is proud to announce a collaboration with L’Albereta, Franciacorta in Italy. Executive Chef Fabio Abbattista and Chenot Chef Mirko Bettoni will be teaching participants how to make the healthier Henri Chenot detox dishes.

Henri Chenot is an internationally recognised doctor known for his results-driven “Chenot Method” based on his ground-breaking theories on healthy living. The detox diet is a purifying “hypo-toxic” diet with the power to shift toxins and to boost the natural cleansing functions of the liver. The detox diet is almost exclusively based on non-animal foods, with no salt or saturated fats, but lots of fresh organic and vegan foods to provide plenty of vitamins and mineral salts.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a half day course which costs £95 per person.
Course registration begins at 09:30am for a 10:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 2:00pm.
