Enliven your palate with an evening of spectacular food and wine featuring the distinguished wines of Napa Valley’s Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Enjoy an unforgettable six course gourmet dinner, prepared by our Michelin starred chef Hywel Jones, paired with a selection of Napa Valley’s finest wines from Joseph Phelps Vineyards.
Founded in 1973, when Joseph Phelps purchased a former cattle ranch near St. Helena in the Napa Valley, the winery now controls and farms nearly 375 acres of vines on eight estate vineyards in Napa Valley. Joseph Phelps Vineyards is best known for its flagship Napa Valley blend of red Bordeaux varieties, Insignia. The success of Insignia brought recognition not only to Joseph Phelps Vineyards, but ultimately to Napa Valley as a whole and is recognised today as one of the World’s most iconic wines.
Before dinner, there will be a seminar with Mike McEvoy who is responsible for Global Sales and Distribution of Joseph Phelps wines. Mike joined Joseph Phelps Vineyards in 2003 and was instrumental in the development of Joseph Phelps Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Freestone from Sonoma and is a founding board member of West Sonoma Coast Vintners.
This decadent dining experience is priced at £225 per person which includes a six course gourmet dinner, wine pairings for each course and a seminar with Mike McEvoy. Subject to availability. Arrival for 6:30pm.

- A minimum of 10 people is necessary for this event to proceed. Guests will be informed by 3:00pm on Friday 10th March if the event is not going ahead. Should this dinner not proceed, guests will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation policy: If guests cancel before 3:00pm on Friday 10th March they will receive a full refund. If guests cancel after this time, full charges will be applicable unless we are able to re-sell the seat(s).
