With 4 fabulous rooms suitable for elegant cocktail receptions and exclusive dinner parties, Lucknam Park is the perfect location for you to escape from the Christmas rush and take time to really celebrate the season with loved ones and friends.

Fabulous food is an essential element to any great party or event. Our Executive chef and his brigade transform the freshest and best organic, local produce into pictures on a plate. In order to maintain the highest quality of service and standards for all of our guests, parties of 8 or more are asked to choose a set menu for dining. For those with special dietary needs, Chef will be delighted to create something for you.

    Starters

    Compression of smoked Roundway Hill ham hock and duck liver, marinated girolles, cranberry chutney

    Citrus cured Loch Duart salmon, glazed winter vegetables, Wiltshire truffle mayonnaise, hazelnut praline

    Crispy Burford Brown egg, roasted violet artichokes, spiced butternut squash soup and Parmesan

    Mains

    Glazed ‘Daube’ of Tim Johnsons beef, creamed parsnips, chanterelle mushrooms, glazed baby onions and smoked bacon

    Roast fillet of Cornish day boat hake, hispi cabbage, lobster and crab ravioli, tomato, chive butter sauce

    Salt baked Bromham celeriac tart, creamed cep mushrooms, truffled baby leeks

    Roast Fillet and braised blade of Wiltshire beef, bacon and onion risotto, hispi cabbage and cep mushrooms

    Rolled lasagne of winter squash, red onion, spinach and goats cheese, tomato chutney, roasted salsify
