Join us in the relaxed surroundings of The Brasserie for a delicious sharing platter served with our house wine. Head Chef of The Brasserie, Thomas Westerland, will be creating a different platter each week with either meat or fish, as well as a vegetarian platter. Platter example dishes include: Beer can chicken, Asian slaw, sweet potato fries and jalapeno mayonnaise.
