Head Chef of The Brasserie, Thomas Westerland (also known as Westy), is proud to present his menu.
After being crowned National Chef of Wales 2018, Westy went on to compete in BBC Two’s Great British Menu creating a musically inspired four course menu.
Join Westy at the Lucknam Park Cookery School for a day learning the tricks and tips of his menu.
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of an apron.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
Price: £185 per person. Full payment is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Subject to availability.
