Join us for a night of fine culinary sensations in our Michelin Star restaurant. Dynamic Vines is one of our key suppliers for the hotel wine list and they have long supported small, high quality producers from around the world whose primary goal has always been to focus on terroir driven wines. The company strives to source the best examples of organic and bio-dynamic wines from around the world specifically for high end hotels and restaurants.
The owner of Dynamic Vines Frederic Grappe says “Restaurant owners are becoming increasingly bored with the globalization of wines, their lack of identity and character, bio-dynamic wines are just so much more authentic, closer to the area they come from.
The event will be hosted by Edouard Oger MS, Edouard is a Master Sommelier with a raft of experience. Originally from France, he has worked his way around some of the very best hotel wine cellars in the UK and is now a Wine & Spirit Consultant for the Court of Master Sommeliers “Worldwide” in tandem with Dynamic Vines who are based in London.
Time: 7.00pm pre-dinner drinks in Library, 7.30pm dinner in Music room.
Cost: £120.00 per person.
