We are taking new hotel bookings from Monday 13th July 2020.
Initially we will be operating with a reduced number of tables at Restaurant Hywel Jones until we have further guidance with limited availability. We will be continuously reviewing our procedures and will update you as soon as we know more.
We are currently taking Afternoon Tea and Dinner bookings only for non-resident guests from Monday 17th August.
If you have an existing booking, our Reservations team will be in touch to discuss your reservation.
Our Spa, indoor pool and all our other facilities including indoor/outdoor hydrotherapy pool, outdoor salt-water plunge pool, 5 thermal cabins and all spa treatments will remain closed until further notice in line with Government guidelines.
The Cookery school with remained closed. We will be introducing monthly cookery demonstrations with our Michelin starred chef Hywel Jones. Stay tuned.
We will be restricting riding to competent riders. Groups may be from six separate households including escort or instructor.

Hotel bookings can be cancelled or transferred up to 48hrs prior to arrival. If you need to cancel or amend your booking within 48hrs of arrival due to COVID-19, we can transfer your booking to another suitable date subject to availability. Any cancellations or amendments within 48 hrs of arrival will result in us retaining the charge for the first night’s stay.
Initially, we do expect that the phone lines will be busy and our Reservations team will be doing their best to respond to all enquiries as soon as they can, but we do suggest that where possible you make your hotel booking online.
