Festival of Spices

This course aims to teach you the regional cuisine of India, a spice journey which will transport you to different regions and their respective cuisines some remote and little known.

Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

The Perfect Steak

Learn about the different cuts of steak and how to tell if your steak is rare or well done!

On this course we will also cover how to make the now famous triple cooked chips along with some tasty sauces and salads to accompany your perfectly cooked steak.

This evening course costs £50 per person and includes a steak dinner and a glass of wine.
