Booking terms & conditions

Please note that we require your card details to guarantee any booking. A deposit is not required for accommodation bookings unless otherwise stated in the package details. Our cancellation policy for bedrooms and suites is 72 hours and cottages is 14 days prior to your day of arrival to avoid a full charge of your accommodation.

All rates include VAT and are subject to change without notice. All charges will be made in GBP.

Payments are requested to be via debit or credit cards and cash will not be accepted.

A discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your total accommodation bill.

Breakfast

A delicious breakfast is served daily from 7am – 10:30am with a selection of continental and cooked breakfast options. We provide seasonal fruits and vegetables and Executive Chef Hywel Jones uses local suppliers wherever possible.

For Cottages

Our cottages provide flexibility for you and your guests, with a kitchen and range of appliances. We encourage dining at one or both restaurants during your stay for the full Lucknam experience.

We require pre booking for tables of 6 or more if you choose to join for breakfast.

Alternatively, we have an excellent room service menu available. Please note, breakfast room service is not available for cottages.

Dining

Michelin Starred Restaurant Hywel Jones open from Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm to 8.30pm (8pm on Wednesdays) and offers guests an unforgettable dining experience. It is the pinnacle of culinary excellence with an impressive wine list including wines by the glass, Champagnes and aperitifs.

Pre-dinner drinks will be served 30 minutes prior to your chosen dining in our Drawing room.

Payments are requested to be via debit or credit cards.

Cash will not be accepted at this time.

Dress code: Smart casual. No sportswear or ripped denim.

Walled Garden Restaurant possesses all the romance and serenity of an English country garden and offers a seasonal dining experience featuring local produce and ingredients supplied by local suppliers.

Open every day. Lunch: 12- 2.30pm (last orders) – Dinner: 6-9.30pm (last orders)

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your food and beverage bill.

The Spa at Lucknam Park

The spa operates from Monday to Sunday from 7:30am to 9:00pm. Spa Days run Monday to Sunday from 9:00am – 8:00pm.

Children under the age of 16 years are only permitted to use the pool area during 9am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm.

All treatments must be pre-booked in advance. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a 100% charge being levied. We will require 72 hours’ notice for a cancellation of a Day Spa Experience to avoid a 100% charge.

Activities

Why not book an extra activity to enjoy during your stay. Our Guest Activities include horse riding and we are also able to arrange (with prior notice) outdoor pursuits such as archery, falconry and clay pigeon shooting. Please call 01225 742777 for further information and to book.

The great outdoors

We encourage all guests of Lucknam Park to make the most of the 500 acre estate and all the leisure facilities on offer. Our reception team will be happy to provide estate walking maps and information on the local area. Included in your stay is use of the tennis courts, bicycles, 5-a-side pitch, croquet and walking trails.

Complimentary parking is available for all hotel guests, including three electric vehicle charging points located in the main car park.

Upon arrival, our electric entrance gates will open automatically as you approach, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

Luxury Arrival

Helicopter

If you plan to arrive in style via helicopter, our private helipad is located on the front lawn of the hotel. Upon landing, you will be welcomed by our team, who will assist with your luggage and escort you to the hotel.
To receive landing instructions and review our helipad policies, please arrange your landing in advance with our Reservations Team.

Chauffeur Service
Should you require private transportation, our Reservations Team will be delighted to arrange a chauffeur-driven car for your journey to or from Lucknam Park. Whether travelling from a nearby station, airport, or private address, we will be happy to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.
