Chef Hywel Jones has created a stunning 5-course seasonal menu, including canapés, with carefully selected Champagne Bollinger wine pairings to complement and enhance each course.
The dinner will be hosted by Alex Beelsey, Champagne Bollinger Brand Ambassador, and Bastien Martinole from Fine Wines Direct UK, who will share their knowledge and passion for these remarkable wines throughout the evening.
Set within the luxurious surroundings of Restaurant Hywel Jones, this promises to be a truly memorable celebration of exceptional food, fine Champagne and the art of hospitality.
