The Hideaway by Lucknam Park – Open for families, Easter 2017

Lucknam Park are thrilled to introduce The Hideaway offering family fun in a new cottage conversion, exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.

The Hideaway is all about parents enjoying quality time with their children – a place of fun and activities that will see imaginations come to life. Tucked away, just a short walk from the main house, it caters for all ages and will add to the existing comprehensive range of family facilities at the hotel such as five a side football, horse riding, tennis, cycling and cookery lessons.

The ground floor is suited to babies and children under 7 and includes an imaginative playroom, full of arts, crafts and music – and even a messy play area with an interactive water wall. The role-play room features a mini playhouse, shop and dressing up costumes. The baby playroom (for children under 2) has sensory light tubes, a tactile nature wall plus plenty of soft toys.  The conservatory is a quiet haven for story time, board games and jigsaws. The first floor for children aged over 7 includes a games room with table tennis, table football, plus a techno space with a large variety of games and experiences.

We are really excited to introduce The Hideaway, in collaboration with Worldwide Kids, to offer an extra dimension for families staying at the hotel to spend quality time together, especially during quiet times in the pool area and in wet weather.”
