Working history

I started working at Lucknam Park as a Chef de Partie in 2017 when the main restaurant was called The Park Restaurant. From here I have worked my way up to a Junior Sous Chef and then into my current role of Head Chef, in the Brasserie. I have most recently worked alongside the team to have a say in the expansion and rebranding of our Brasserie into the Walled Garden Restaurant.

What is your favourite dish and cocktail on the menu?

Currently my favourite dish on our Summer menu is the Summer Vegetarian Lasagne. For a cocktail I love to try the new options that Jordan is trying out.

What is your favourite thing about working at Lucknam Park?

The people I work with and the guests who come to my restaurant and enjoy the food my team works hard to cook and serve.

What is your favourite spot at Lucknam Park?

The Herb Garden, you will find me there selecting the freshest ingredients for my dishes.

Best thing to do or see in the local area?

A trip to Lucknam Park wouldn’t be the same without venturing into Bath or the local famous villages.

How do you spend your time when you’re not at Lucknam Park?

I spend my time with my wife and we love walking in the countryside.
