Started at LP as restaurant manager, moved on to operations manager and currently events manager

What inspired you to work in hospitality

Started as a part time KP and several years later I took on a full time front of house role in a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Holland and from then on I was hooked.

Because of its reputation and constant investment in the property

When not at Lucknam Park Hotel, how do you spend your time

Any spare time is spend with my beautiful wife and our 2 daughters

Favourite food

Any food as long as it is prepared with TLC

Favourite drink

I have had the pleasure of trying various good (and bad) wines and the most memorable has to be 1950 Haut Brion


Meeting up with friends and holidays abroad

Had the pleasure to speak with the legendary Nelson Mandela who was a guest in one of the hotels I worked at in Amsterdam
