Working history
I have over two decades of senior leadership experience across some of the UK’s most prestigious hotels and historic country estates
What inspired you to work in hospitality?
What inspired me most was enjoying interacting with different types of people. I like building connections and making others feel comfortable and valued, and hospitality gives me the perfect environment to do that every day
Why Lucknam Park
Lucknam Park stands out to me because it’s not just about luxury, it’s about creating a genuinely memorable experience for every guest. I really admire the focus on detail and the level of service consistency. Being able to work somewhere with such a strong reputation, in a team that clearly takes pride in what they do, is something that really motivates me. I see it as a place where I can both contribute and continue to grow professionally
When not at Lucknam Park Hotel, how do you spend your time
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the Cotswolds. I’m also really passionate about golf – it’s something I spend a lot of my free time doing, and I enjoy the focus and discipline that comes with it
Favourite food
I’ve always had a real love for food, and I’ve been lucky enough to visit some fantastic restaurants across the Cotswolds. That’s really shaped my appreciation for quality service and attention to detail, and it’s a big part of what drew me into hospitality
Favourite drink
It’s definitely coffee. I really enjoy it, and I think in hospitality it’s one of those small details that can make a big difference to a guest’s experience when it’s done well
