Booking terms & conditions

Please note that we require your card details to guarantee any booking. A deposit is not required for accommodation bookings unless otherwise stated in the package details. Our cancellation policy for bedrooms and suites is 72 hours prior to your day of arrival to avoid a full charge of your accommodation.

For cottage bookings full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival (before Midday) will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

All rates include VAT and are subject to change without notice. All charges will be made in GBP.

Payments are requested to be via debit or credit cards and cash will not be accepted.

A discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your total accommodation bill.

Dining

Michelin Starred Restaurant Hywel Jones open from Wednesday to Saturday from 6:30pm to 9pm and offers guests an unforgettable dining experience. It is the pinnacle of culinary excellence with an impressive wine list including wines by the glass, Champagnes and aperitifs.

May we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your chosen dining time.

Cash will not be accepted at this time.

The Spa at Lucknam Park

The spa operates from Monday to Sunday from 7:30am to 9:00pm. Spa Days run Monday to Sunday from 9:00am – 8:00pm.

Children under the age of 16 years are only permitted to use the pool area during 9am – 11am and 3pm to 6pm.

All treatments must be pre-booked in advance. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a 100% charge being levied. We will require 72 hours’ notice for a cancellation of a Day Spa Experience to avoid a 100% charge.

Getting to Lucknam Park by car 

We offer free parking for all our guests of the hotel, including 3 electric charging points situated in our main car park.

Travelling from the M4 motorway travelling West:

Exit at Junction 17 signed Chippenham and take a second exit onto the A350.

1. Continue for 2.75 miles on a dual carriageway to Malmesbury roundabout.
2. Take a second exit onto A350 and go straight over Badger and Brook roundabouts.
3. Take a fourth exit at Bumpers Farm roundabout onto A420 Bristol/Castle Combe.
4. Continue for 4 miles to Ford village, take first left signposted Colerne.
5. After 3 miles drive past hotel trade entrance and continue for 1 mile to Colerne crossroads.
6. Turn right into Doncombe Lane.
7. Entrance to hotel 300 yards on right.

Travelling from the M4 Motorway Travelling East:

Exit at Junction 18 signed Bath and take third exit onto the A46.

1. Continue for 3 miles through Pennsylvania to Cold Ashton roundabout.
2. Turn left onto A420 signed Chippenham and continue for 5 miles (pass through village of The Shoe and ignore the turning to Colerne).
3. Continue for 2.5 miles and at Ford turn right towards Colerne.
4. After 3 miles drive past hotel trade entrance and continue for 1 mile to Colerne crossroads.
5. Turn right into Doncombe Lane.
6. Entrance to hotel 300 yards on right.

There will be large gates in front of you which will open automatically as you approach them.
