Street food is the biggest growing type of dining in the UK and the US is where a lot of that fondness has come from. With many cultures and diverse regions, America is ripe with great street food and we show you how to make some of your own.
Course examples include:
-Pulled pork, honey coleslaw, crunchy tacos
-The Philly cheese steak sandwich
-Banana and chocolate crepes
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Arrival at 8:30am; course runs from 9:00am until around 4:30pm.
The course is available on Friday 18th November 2016, Saturday 21st January 2017 and Thursday 23rd February 2017.
