Street food is the biggest growing type of dining and the United States is where a lot of that fondness has come from. With many cultures and diverse regions, America is ripe with great street food and we show you how to make some of your own.
Course examples include:
- Pulled pork, honey coleslaw, crunchy tacos
- The Philly cheese steak sandwich
- Banana and chocolate crepes
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Arrival at 8:30am; course runs from 9:00am until around 4:30pm.
