Make the Perfect Burger by Bar Boulud

Lucknam Park has teamed up with the iconic London restaurant Bar Boulud at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London for a half-day cooking course in how to make the perfect burger.

The course will be run by Bar Boulud’s new executive chef John Barber, who played a crucial role in opening the restaurant in 2010.  You will make four to five dishes including a perfect brioche bun and one of the famed Bar Boulud burgers.

The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.

This is a half day course which costs £95 per person.

Course registration begins at 9:30am for a 10:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 2:00pm.
