We all love a little treat every now and then. Have a day of indulgence at Lucknam Park and learn how to create a range of fantastic sweets and desserts to impress your friends with.
During the day, you will make selection of scrumptious sweet things under the guidance of Cookery School Head Chef Ben Taylor – course examples include:
- Dark chocolate fondant, passion fruit sorbet
- Creamed sherry crème brulee
- Set custard and fruit tartlets
- Vanilla shortbread
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
The course is available on 22nd November 2017, Wednesday 31st January and Friday 16th March 2018.
