We all love a little treat every now and then. Have a day of indulgence at Lucknam Park and learn how to create a range of fantastic sweets and desserts to impress your friends with.
During the day, you will make selection of scrumptious sweet things under the guidance of Cookery School Head Chef Ben Taylor.
Dish examples are:
- Dark chocolate fondant, passion fruit sorbet
- Creamed sherry crème brûlée
- Set custard and fruit tartlets
- Vanilla shortbread
