Desserts and sweet things – we all love a little treat every now and then. Have a day of indulgence at Lucknam Park and learn how to create a range of fantastic sweets and desserts to impress your friends with.
Some course examples are:
-Dark chocolate fondant, passion fruit sorbet
-Creamed sherry crème brulee
-Set custard and fruit tartlets
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
Arrival at 8:30am; course begins at 9:00am and finishes at approximately 4:30pm.
The course is available on Thursday 26th January and Wednesday 15th March 2017.
