Thai cooking is very fragrant due to the use of fresh herbs and unique spices which makes it complex in nature. Thai dishes should be crisp and balanced, yet bold on flavours. You will learn to make simple Thai classics, some seasonal Thai street food and some dishes from the neighbouring countries which have influence upon the Thai cuisine – all using local produce and authentic Thai ingredients.
Some course examples are:
- Rice noodle
- Ginger and soy spring rolls
- Chicken satay with peanut sauce
- Hot and sour tiger prawn soup
- Stir fry seafood
- Green Thai curry with jasmine rice
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:30pm.
