Thai cooking is very fragrant due to the use of fresh herbs and unique spices which makes it complex in nature. The Thai dishes are crisp and balanced but bold on flavours. You will learn to make simple Thai classics, some seasonal Thai street food and some dishes from the neighbouring countries which have influence upon the Thai cuisine, using local produce and some authentic Thai ingredients.
Some course examples are-
- Rice noodle
- Ginger and soy spring rolls
- Chicken satay with peanut sauce
- Hot and sour tiger prawn soup
- Stir fry seafood
- Green Thai curry with jasmine rice
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
