Making mince pies, stollen and Yule logs mean it’s a busy but fun time of year for chefs and home cooks a-like. We will help you take the pressure off and show you how to make your own pastry and mincemeat filling, seasonal desserts, centrepieces and festive breads. Using the flavours of the season, you will learn how easy it is to have the wonderful smells of Christmas spices throughout your home.

- Hand-made mince pies
- Almond and cherry stollen
- Decorated chocolate Yule log
The course costs £175 per person including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, a recipe folder, all ingredients, a cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron.
The course is available on Saturday 19th November and Thursday 8th December.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
