In this course, we will be using basic ingredients and simple techniques to create fresh, tasty, homemade bread. We will look at different types of flours, doughs and designs to create exciting and impressive crusts and flavours. You will be given tips on how to knead by hand as well as using stand mixers, and also shown the equipment you’ll need to make sure that your breads are always successful and delicious.
Course examples are:
- Rustic baguette and an epi baguette
- White split tin loaf or a bakers peel
- Beer crusted wholemeal buns
