Big on flavour, simple to make and speedy to deliver; learn a repertoire of seasonal dishes that will ensure the midweek meals are healthy, hearty and delicious.

- Paneer and bell peppers in tomato and fenugreek curry
- Irish soda bread
- Poached Burford brown eggs with shiitake mushrooms and spinach
- Chocolate, hazelnut and pecan brownie with vanilla yoghurt cream
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.

8:30am arrival; course starts at 9 am. Course finishes around 4:30pm.
