Big on flavour, simple to make and speedy to deliver; learn a repertoire of seasonal dishes that will ensure the midweek meals are healthy, hearty and delicious. Our Cookery School Head Chef Ben Taylor will guide you through a range of scrumptious dishes with some sampling as you go.
Some course examples are:
- Autumn minestrone
- Paneer and bell peppers in tomato and fenugreek curry
- Irish soda bread
- Poached Burford brown eggs with shiitake mushrooms and spinach
- Chocolate, hazelnut and pecan brownie with vanilla yoghurt cream
The course includes arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of a chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £185 per person.
Course registration begins at 08:30am for a 9:00am start. The course will finish at approximately 4:00pm.
