The most exciting time of year as a chef as this season really comes alive with fresh and vibrant flavours and colours. Learn to let the ingredients do the hard work for you and create some stunning but simple dishes using the best local and seasonal produce. Course examples are-
New season lamb, spring peas and wild garlic
Homemade linguini, spring vegetables, parmesan, basil pesto
Smoked ham hock and pea soup, poached quails egg
Rhubarb soufflé, ginger ice cream
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
8:30am arrival; course starts at 9 am. Course finishes around 4:30pm.
