Learn some of the fantastic regional dishes of the orient. With so many cultures and exciting flavours, oriental cuisine is amongst the most diverse on the planet. Celebrate the year of the monkey by creating your own great authentic dishes. Course examples are:
Sweet glazed pork, wild rice noodles
Chilli prawn wontons and dashi
Ma Po tofu
Including arrival tea/coffee, pastries, lunch, recipe folder, all ingredients, cookery school bag and use of Chef’s jacket and apron. This is a full day course which costs £175 per person.
8:30am arrival; course starts at 9 am. Course finishes around 4:30pm.
