Come and join us at the Lucknam Park Cookery School for one of our brand new taster courses; designed to give you a feel for the school and all that we have on offer. During the taster courses, you will watch a demonstration by Cookery School Head Chef Ben Taylor, cook the dish yourself and then sit down to sample your cooking. This will allow you to have a taste of the fabulous full day classes we have available.
All of our taster courses will run from 6:30pm until 8:30pm, arrival from 6:00pm.
The courses cost £45 per person and are subject to availability. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
Seasonal Italian – Wednesday 25th April & Wednesday 30th May 2018
This course will illustrate the rich diversity of Italian cuisine and the importance that pasta holds within its culinary landscape.
Modern Bistro – Thursday 10th May & Thursday 21st June 2018
The modern bistro and gastro-pub are hugely popular and really push the level of restaurants in this country. They excel by using seasonal, fresh ingredients and creating dishes that are usually based around a classic dish but with variations or modern twists.
Speedy Suppers – Tuesday 15th May, Tuesday 26th June & Thursday 9th August 2018
Big on flavour, simple to make and speedy to deliver; learn seasonal dishes that will ensure the midweek meals are healthy, hearty and delicious landscape.
Fish & Shellfish – Wednesday 16th May 2018
