Join us in the Cookery School for a Chef’s table experience with our Michelin Star Executive Chef, Hywel Jones.
Hywel will work at a Cookery School islands to prepare a fabulous five course menu, talking you through each dish and the techniques he uses. Hywel will talk as he cooks, taking your questions and involving you in the whole process so you can enjoy a fun yet relaxed evening with exceptional food.
The Chef’s Table evening includes:
- Champagne and Canapé reception
- Five course menu with matching wines
- Coffee and petits fours
Arrival at 6.30pm for champagne reception. Sit down at 7.00pm. Maximum of 10 guests.
This event costs £120 per person. Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking.
