Making mince pies, stollen and Yule logs mean it’s a busy but fun time of year for chefs and home cooks a-like. We will help you take the pressure off and show you how to make your own pastry and mincemeat filling, seasonal desserts, centrepieces and festive breads. Using the flavours of the season, you will learn how easy it is to have the wonderful aromas of Christmas spices throughout your home.

Day courses are from 10am – 3pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your class for registration.
£140 per person. Subject to availability.
Course includes lunch, tea and coffee, use of apron, recipe folder and a Cookery School bag to take home.
