  • Healthy Delegate

    Add a healthy angle to the working day, fruit smoothies to kick off the corporate meeting then munch through the meeting with fruit platters or bowls of nuts. Lunch from the Healthy Corner in The Brasserie. To avoid that post lunch feeling have a short session of yoga or a brief session with one of our fitness instructors. Finish the day off with a couple of hours in The Spa before dinner which can be healthy or hearty!

  • Decadent Delegate

    The day’s meeting nearly over so treat your executives to a sumptuous afternoon tea with freshly baked scones, clotted cream and home made preserves. Prior to your 7 course gourmet menu prepared by Michelin star chef Hywel Jones enjoy a pre dinner wine tasting with the head sommelier as he tours your favourite areas of the wine world. Finally retire to your suite, sip a brandy and enjoy!
